Beautiful ring, amazing customer service! When ordering I forgot to change my shipping address to a new one, I noticed relatively quickly and messaged the seller. The seller was great about responding quickly and assured me everything would be taken care of. Later Etsy let me know that the ring was almost here but usps informed delivery didn’t seem to have any packages coming soon, as you might imagine I was worried about whether the address was actually changed and messaged the seller again, and once again I got a quick, polite and helpful response! The ring showed up today, having been shipped from Ukraine and only taking a week and a half. I was amazed at the shipping time but even more amazed by how beautiful this ring is.
