30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Custom & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order jewelry.

This includes special custom orders, personalized signet rings, engraved items, and jewelry created to a customer’s requested size or specifications.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will review the issue carefully.
