Whenever possible, we carefully refinish the repaired area so it blends naturally with the original earring and maintains a seamless appearance.

How to Ship Your Jewelry

Please take photos of your jewelry before shipping your package.

1. Carefully pack your jewelry in a small protective box or padded envelope.

2. Use tracked shipping only with insurance whenever possible.

For customers within the Czech Republic, we recommend using the Czech Post service “Cenné psaní”. This letter can be used to send precious metals and stones and products made from them.

3. Enter your shipment tracking number in the repair request form.

4. Submit the form after your package has been shipped.

What Happens After We Receive It

Once your jewelry arrives, we inspect it, confirm the repair possibility and contact you with the final repair cost.

We provide a 60-day warranty on the repair work performed.
