We have a 30-days return policy 

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange*.
Return time can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. Buyer pay only for return delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
For request a return you must send a message to our email: indigogold999@gmail.com. We will reply you in 24 hours(except weekends) and give you further information.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example custom products (such as special custom orders and personalized engraved rings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • We can change the size for free if it did not fit. 

  • We can change for another item if you didn't like the product.

  • We will refund if you didn't like the quality of the product.

  • If the item was damaged or lost during shipping we will refund or send new one again.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Carefully wrap the ring in a piece of polyethylene with air bubbles or a film.

  • Put inside the parcel a paper sticker with information about the correct size of the finger or other information you want to change.

  • Provide us the tracking number of the return parcel in a chat or a email indigogold999@gmail.com

  • Send it back to manufacturer`s stock address using a small package with a tracking number.

  • After we have got the return parcel we will send a new one for free.

Note! Please don`t indicate the cost of the item in the parcel. Avoid words such as "silver" or "gold" jewelry. You can indicate the parcel as a private "gift" from "brass alloy".
