Do you repair gold and silver jewelry?

We currently specialize in silver jewelry repair.

In which countries is your repair service available?

Our jewelry repair by mail service is currently available within the Czech Republic.

We also accept repair requests from European Union countries.

👉 Please contact us before shipping from outside the Czech Republic.

How should I send my jewelry?

For customers within the Czech Republic, we recommend sending jewelry via Česká pošta using registered and insured mail “Cenné psaní”. This letter can be used to send precious metals and stones and products made from them.

For customers within the European Union, we recommend using registered and insured shipping with tracking.

When will I know the final repair cost?

You’ll receive a preliminary estimate based on your photos before sending your jewelry.
The exact repair cost is confirmed after physical inspection of the item.

How do you handle and return my jewelry?

After receiving your jewelry, we record the unpacking process on video and document the item’s condition and weight.

Once the repair is completed, the jewelry is carefully packed and securely shipped back to you using tracked and insured mail.

How long does the repair take?

Most repairs are completed within up to 3 business days on average after approval, depending on the complexity of the work.

When do I pay for the repair?

Payment is made after the repair is completed and approved by you.
We’ll send you photos of the finished jewelry and an invoice before payment.
Your jewelry will be shipped back immediately after payment is received.

Who pays for return shipping?

We cover the return shipping cost for completed repairs.
Your repaired jewelry will be shipped back to you at no additional charge.

Do you provide a warranty for repairs?

Yes. We provide a 60-day warranty on the repair work performed.

The warranty covers the repaired area only and does not apply to normal wear, accidental damage, or unrelated parts of the jewelry.
