  • This repair service includes: soldering, ultrasonic cleaning, polishing (when possible), and restoration of your jewelry’s appearance.
  • Invisible-looking repair whenever possible
    We carefully finish the repaired area so it blends naturally with the original chain and minimizes visible repair marks.
  • Chain shortening is performed from the clasp/end side whenever possible to preserve the original look of the chain and avoid visible solder points.

If you are sending multiple chains or bracelets, please include all items in one shipment and describe each repair request separately.

How to Ship Your Jewelry

Please take photos of your jewelry before shipping your package.

1. Carefully pack your jewelry in a small protective box or padded envelope.

2. Use tracked shipping only with insurance whenever possible.

  • For customers within the Czech Republic, we recommend using the Czech Post service “Cenné psaní”. This letter can be used to send precious metals and stones and products made from them.

3. Enter your shipment tracking number in the repair request form.

4. Submit the form after your package has been shipped.
